Statement

Currently, I'm a photographer who loves using black and white films and doing digital photography. The whole discovery of a liking for photography happened by accident. I was volunteering at a museum and was asked to re-take record shots of items in a museum collection and the rest is history.... I progressed from doing record shots to more creative shots on a mobile phone, got another camera and took the plunge and decided to try doing black and white photography and loved it and then experimented more with digital. ThenI was lucky enough to discover Dragon Arts in Swansea, gain more knowledge of photography plus some qualifications and have had blank cards with my images displayed and on sale in a local gallery.
The re-emergence of my creative side after completing a degree in Single Honours Latin has prompted me to try mosaic making and I've found I get a great sense of satisfaction from making jewellry.
So, the result is that I'm changing career path and now have a place on a Foundation Art & Design course.
What about you?
